Very clean and tidy cruise terminal
This is where the cruise ship docked at Fukouka. The immigration center is clean and organized. Submit your documents and pass through. Right outside the cruise center you can get a cab and go to the Hakata Train Station.

The port is very clean and neat ..many crew sit for wifi
Wonderfully helpful staff. But as this is an entry port to the country why can't you buy a transit card here? We had to jump on a bus and pay by cash. There were no money exchange bureau's open in the port, so where were we supposed to get Japanese cash? As it was I only had a 2000 yen note. The kind information staff changed my note with their own money

周辺のオススメ
船が来た時はにぎやかですが、そうでない時は閑散としています。近くに駐車場が無いので、見送るには不便です。遠方から来た家族送迎もいるのでコインパーキングでもあれば助かるようです。福岡空港は屋上から発着が見学できるように、ココも国内有数の発着数を誇るので見学場所があればちょっとしたスポットになるし、台湾の基隆港で現地の方々が手を振ってくれたのは感動しました（ありがとう台湾って本当に思いました）
