老舗の名店で、オーナーが丁寧にナイフを紹介してくれます。
鮮やかな出刃包丁や高品質な砥石がリーズナブルに手に入ります。
我來自台灣，我想在日本買理髮的牙剪和直剪（可惜沒有同牌的直剪、只有孩子的直剪）。路過這家問了老闆，紳士老闆很親切，價格公開指了上頭的價格貼紙標籤，我買的牙剪2600円，另外的孩子直剪是2900円。我問了價格沒有當下買，就去逛其他地方，再過來時已經超過4點。表參道這裡極多數店家都在下午4點準時關店。雖然這家在google地圖上顯示營業時間到下午5點。但其實4點關門。我再走回來時已經16:15左右，鐵門關下了，好遺憾，好在我在旁邊觀看了一會兒，正巧聽見鐵門在微動的聲響，太好了～老闆開了鐵門，應該是他正要離開了。我和老闆表達購買意願，老闆親切笑容可掬的幫我拿牙剪，我開心的付款拿著我的需求離開。非常謝謝。

Non seulement il propose des produits d'une qualité exceptionnelle, mais il le fait toujours avec un service irréprochable et des tarifs défiant toute concurrence. Chaque couteau que j'ai acheté chez lui est un chef-d'œuvre, parfaitement équilibré et tranchant, ce qui témoigne de son expertise et de son dévouement. Yamada-san, vous êtes tout simplement le meilleur, et c'est un véritable privilège de faire affaire avec vous. Mille mercis de Tahiti!

Lovely older gentleman, was kind and took his time to show different knives. I bought a whetstone and he was nice enough to give us a free guide on sharpening! Would definitely recommend 👌
研ぎはもうやってないそうです徒歩客の多い参道のど真ん中なので、車は近くの有料駐車場へ。
Low key probably one of the few genuinely old business operating in this fake vintage shopping street. Stoic owner who is probably a master of his craft with a long family history in the trade. 2 vintage metal signs leaning against a row of tools in the left corner of the shop indicate the true history and longevity of the space and this family. Support if you can.
