I just finished a four day trip to Wakayama. I’m from Los Angeles. I went out on a limb, and rented a car in a country where I’ve never driven before, knowing no Japanese. The staff at this rental agency were kind, patient, helpful, and the car was immaculate and easy to drive. But the best part: I left Tanabe for Kyoto, only to realize when I arrived in Kyoto that I had left my international drivers permit in the rental car. I called the store an hour before closing, and the employee I spoke to offered to overnight the permit to me in Kyoto, so I would have it before departing for my next destination. I never even had to ask. Never in my life have I received such generous and comprehensive service from a company. I am tearing up right now recounting this experience. It gives me new faith and humanity, and a deep respect for Japanese culture. Thank you, Toyota Rent-A-Car for an unforgettable act of kindness.
29日に熊野那智大社付近でパンクしてしまい、電話で相談すると代車を準備し、レッカーで運んでくださり、家族旅行を続けることができました。台風のなか、素早く対応してくださり、本当にありがとうございました。旅行を終え、台風の影響なく予定通り自宅にも帰ることもできました。皆様の温かい対応に感謝しています。
近年まれに見る素晴らしい対応ではなかったです。事務的で笑顔もなく、口コミと違う店だったのかなと思いました。車はキレイでしっかりしてましたので悪くはないですが。

近年まれに見る素晴らしい対応のレンタカー屋さん。トヨタは他よりちょっと高めの値段設定にはなりますがやはりレベルが違います。場内から出るときに交通整理までしてくれたのにはビックリ。車もキレイで快適でした。ありがとうございます。
