I cannot recommend this jewelry and optical store highly enough - I wish I could give it 10 stars. I tripped and fell requiring my glasses to be repaired. It was late in the day - and I was thrilled to find this shop open and the kind man willing to help me. He did so thoughtfully and quickly, providing me with a seat to wait. To TOP IT OFF he would not let me pay him for the repair. It has restored my faith in the goodness of people. Thank you kind sir. I’m not sure what I would have done on the Kumano Kodo without your help.This is service that you rarely find anywhere. THANK YOU Hotel Hanaya!!!!
