Came from Tokyo to take a 200hs yoga teacher training was absolute worth it: Best place to take your Yoga teacher training in English in Japan !!!! Place is charged with positive energy and beautiful souls !!!! I adore the studio and unique vibe .
ヨガツリーオキナワ、北谷にあるアットホームなヨガスタジオです開放的な明るい空間は、いつ行っても気持ちよくレッスンを受けることができます。土地柄外国人の方も先生、生徒共に多いので、多国籍な環境でヨガしてみるのも楽しいと思います（レッスンは、バイリンガルのものもありますし、日本語で受けられる日本人向けのヨガスタジオです）。地元の方にも、旅行先でヨガを楽しむ方にもおすすめです。200時間ヨガ養成講座や、WSなども開催しているヨガスタジオです。

All of the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand, which is important for a beginner like me because I need a lot of guidance. Very relaxed environment where you can just giggle with the instructors and other students when you fall out of a pose. I especially love the variety of classes and the consistency of the schedule so I can build a regular yoga routine :)

Not only an excellent yoga studio but they offer a so many kinds of healing modalities and trainings. I've benefited from both their group and private sessions. My current favorite is the private sound healing, reiki, and other energy work sessions that included myofascial release techniques. I highly recommend the Yoga Tree!

I decide to take advantage of this offering from The Yoga Tree Okinawa, and try it. Roksana made this such a wonderful experience! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she explained everything and made the process so comfortable and relaxing. The sounds of the signing bowls and the gong were so beautiful. I left feeling refreshed similar to that of a massage! If you’re feeling drained, I highly recommend booking a session with her!
とても綺麗で、素敵なヨガスタジオです。マット、ボルスター、ヨガブロック、毛布などすべて用意されているので、手ぶらで参加できるのが便利です。フルーツウォーターやおしぼりなどもあり、贅沢な雰囲気ながらアットホーム。オーナーのポーランド出身のロクサナさんは日本語もできるので、彼女のクラスは英語と日本語でリードしてくれます。クラスの種類も多く、キャンドルライト陰ヨガ、瞑想クラス、骨盤のためのヨガ、クンダリーニヨガに参加しました。一番気に入っているのは、ヨガとサウンドヒーリングを融合させた日曜日のサウンドバスで、行くたびに深いリラクゼーションが味わえます。ヨガ、メディテーション、ヒーリングに興味がある方、バイリンガルな環境でヨガをしてみたいと思う方に是非お勧めします。
What an incredible experience trying aerial yoga for the first time with Roksana the owner of Yoga Tree. I felt complete trust in her as an instructor and was able to allow my mind and body to explore new areas of my practice. I am looking forward to attending a class or having another private session in the near future. I highly recommend the studio to anyone looking to experience all of the positive benefits yoga brings to life.

周辺のオススメ
初めてだったので、研修生のfreeプログラムに参加しました。ヨガに必要なマットレス、ボルスター、ブロックはもちろんですが、アロマの香り高い冷たいタオルやシークワーサーウォーター、veganチョコなどのおもてなしがとても嬉しいpeacefulな空間でした。嘉手納基地の入り口前なので、海外の方がメインでした。言葉が自身無いので不安でしたが、ロクサナさんが暖かくお声かけして下さったので、次回こそは有料プログラムに参加して語学も磨いて行きたいです。
