Highly recommended! The price is reasonable and it only takes 2 days to send a document from Tsukuba to the Capital Area of Indonesia (Jakarta). The staff can speak english and the process only took 10-15 minutes for me.

The process was easy. The venue looked a bit sketchy but, if you go to the door and press the buzzer someone will let you in. Walk pass everything and go straight, you will see a small office on your right.
