Great store! Came here looking for a specific camera and walked out with a Pentax Espio 90MC after the salesman discussed and compared other options with me. The cameras are on the pricier side, but you have the experience and professionalism that comes with it. Really happy overall, a truly great customer experience!
原宿という立地のためか海外のお客さんが多いのだろうと思いますし、なかなかレビューを見ててもやはり日本人への対応よりも苦戦している印象です。レビューが変な低評価に引っ張られすぎている気はします。とても良いお店です。予約制であったりするので合う人合わない人がいると思いますが、それは来店する我々の問題なので今後もこちらのお店の方針を貫いて欲しいです。⬇️一応英語でも、海外の人が多いみたいなのでI think the large number of international customers is probably because of its location in Harajuku, and from reading the reviews, it seems they sometimes struggle more with foreign customers than with Japanese ones.It feels like the overall rating is being dragged down too much by a few strange low reviews, which I think is unfair because this is a really great shop.Since it operates on a reservation system, it may not be for everyone, but that’s really up to us as customers.I hope they continue to stick to their own policies going forward.

品数少ない、contax T2,T3ばかり目立ちます あと プライスカードがスタイリッシュで小さ過ぎて見えない！カメラ本体下にプライスカード隠してるのも意味解りません！ネットで交渉中とかなら裏に「商談中」とか書いてひっくり返しとけば？って思いました。

The staff was very kind, helpful, and transparent with me. Regarding price of the cameras, I really only care about having a tool that’s works well and is in good condition. If you only care/want cheap cameras and don’t care about the condition, this place isn’t for you; although they do have affordable options for those on a budget
