I stopped by FACT without an appointment while travelling from Sapporo to Hakodate after the stabilizer bar on my car started making an unusual noise. They welcomed me warmly and quickly identified the cause. Since I live far away, I wasn’t able to arrange the repair with them, but their honest, helpful approach made me wish I could. I also needed to join an online meeting while they checked the car, and they kindly let me use their spotless office, even bringing me snacks and a drink despite my visit ending without any paid repair work. I was also interested to learn about their custom remote starter installations for German cars, something I’ve found difficult to arrange in Japan for my other car. I left with a very positive impression of both their technical knowledge and their kindness, and would highly recommend this garage to anyone in Hakodate.
