This shop has a high-quality service. My wife and I purchased a discounted randoseru bag on March 10, 2025 from this shop. The staff were very accommodating and very polite. They were very willing to listen to and very patient with our demanding specifications; we wanted to buy a quality school bag within our tight budget. So, they gave us what we wanted, and we were so happy about it.When we got home, we noticed that there were some wears on some parts of the discounted bag. We were worried because we had no idea whether those wears might make the bag unusable anytime soon.My wife went back to the shop to tell the staff about the issue. She was so nervous because it was her first time to return a product to a Japanese shop. However, when she told the staff about the issue, they didn't say anything bad about our complaint. They were very happy to accommodate my wife and gave her a new randoseru with a MUCH BETTER QUALITY and MUCH BETTER COLOR.Thank you very much. My daughter really loves the new bag!
