We went in looking for a specific bag which they unfortunately only had in seasonal colours and not black which I was after.While there a wallet caught my eye and I was only interested in taking a look but Ikuko the boutique sub manager was so attentive in showing us different styles of cardholders/wallet and I ended up purchasing a wallet as a gift when I wasn’t initially planning on making a purchase.Just wanted to say thank you for the amazing experience as I have not experienced this level of service at any other Chanel stores before. Her English was also surprisingly fluent and made communication easy. The no exchange and refund policy was explained to us before the purchase and we were able to check the quality of the wallet before paying.
來第二航廈這間購物已經兩次每次sa都十分熱情❤️我帶著孩子也很友善第一次遇到男性sa、第二次是年長一點的女性sa兩次購物經驗都非常棒下次會再來！

Before boarding my flight at Narita Airport, I visited the Chanel duty-free store. The staff there were nice and friendly. I was pleased to find a wide selection of new earrings at good prices. However, I was a bit disappointed to learn that the bags were only available in seasonal colors and not in black or classic designs. As a result, I ended up purchasing a pair of earrings instead.
