MWR Mayumi is the best. She does so much to ensure the tours are fun for everyone.
The gentleman at outdoor rec was phenomenal. Three local Japanese ski places told me they could not adjust my boots to my skis because the bindings were too old for them to work with. He adjusted them in a few minutes and even showed me how to adjust them in the future. Thank you!
Customer service definitely needs work. The gentleman that work here seem they have been here for a while and need a refresher on how to talk to customers.Aside from bad service they did have things we needed.
日米親善春祭りや盆踊りなど、イベントでお世話になりました。ありがとうございます。今日のお祭りでも、ここから下拵えされた食材が搬出されていました。
