I am unable to speak Japanese and was very worried as i read online that there is no english support at Japan post bank. However, i had a wonderful experience at this branch. The lady who attended to me cannot speak english but she asked one of her colleagues to help. Both if them are very kind and explained the procedure very well. Great service. Thank you!
