コストに優しいわけではないが、味が素晴らしいです。
サービスも素晴らしく、また訪れたくなるお店です。
We’ve booked a reservation because we are guests of the hotel. And thank god we did.Everything was truly PERFECT.The fish were top tier and melted in the mouth, the flavors were balanced and the products were on a very high level.But truly the reason for this solid 5 star review is the chef, Mr. Sekiguchi that amplified our experience from only dinner to a culinary event.Superb. これまで2回行きましたが、味もサービスもすばらしいです。これからも行きたい。
以前、ホテルの方に泊まったときから気になっていたので行ってきました。予約の時点でコースを選択するので、当日はドリンクを選ぶくらいです。お寿司は握られる方によって多少のアレンジがされる事も有りますが「絶品」であることに間違いはありません。
The food is tasty with reasonable price. Chef is friendly.
ランチタイムで訪問させて頂きました。昨日から再オープンとの事で4000円の8種の小鉢、8種の握り、味噌椀デザートのセットをいただきました。どれをとってもとても美味しく、非常にお得なランチでした。絶対お得なのでまた訪問したい大満足ランチでした。

We received a room upgrade with the hyatt points I spent (Thank you hyatt) and thought to myself, "I am going to treat myself something nice today" then so happen I stumbled a sushi restaurant. I went with the tenma 12500 yen ($86.55 usd at the time writing this) just to try it out. I was the only person there with my own sushi chef (yay!). I wish I could've taken more photos because 1: I devoured and savored each sushi piece I was given. 2: I did not want to be rude to the chef and take a picture every single time I was presented an item to eat. The food was (is) amazing and I took my time enjoying it instead of being a vacuum cleaner 😋. Let the chef and staff show you the proper way to eat sushi 🍣 so you have the full experience. Would recommend it if you have never had an authentic sushi experience. Thank you chef, you brighten my day.
