The W.C. at the Organic Music record store side is stunning and it's worth making the trip over there for this alone.On entering the vacinity of the shop, my eyes were immediately drawn to a small glass window situated in a wooden door by the counter. An alluring and quite cosmic aura from behind the glass beckoned me to enter. After gaining permission from the kind proprietor I stepped inside.... oh what a wonder.Impeccable wall paper choices, carefully thought out mirror and basin positioning and a gorgeously minimal door locking device were the first features that impressed me. Space was restricted but the designers vision was obviously not hampered by this at all. In fact the cosy floor meterage only added to the feeling of privacy while being perfectly adequate in size to accommodate my clumsy western frame.The air was made subtly fresh by a modern electrical air filterband I was able to dry my hands efficiently with the provided brown paper towels that were so comfortably in reach from a stylish despencer.The toilet itself was state-of-the-art and was both a pleasure to use and to observe.Ask nicely and you too may be granted permission to enter this 1.5 square metre room of absolute perfection.Upon exiting the toilet I purchased numerous rare European free jazz LPs and a fascinating a Korean folk record before heading to the Planet Baby clothes store part of the complex. There I found a fascinating array of of independent goods which kept my attention for another hour. Although very tempted, I did not request use of the W.C. here, but I hope to visit again and explore that properly.These stores are ran by lovely hard-working people who seem to have a very special sense for music, clothing, design, tea , chocolate, coffee, alcohol and lavatorial facilities.Top Notch
カルチャーを感じる空間が心地良いレコード屋さんです。
駅から少し歩きます。レコードと雑貨が売ってます。レコードは数がめちゃめちゃ多いというわけではないですが、アフリカ系のワールドミュージックなど、レアなものが多い印象でした。試聴もゆっくりできて、雑貨もお茶やTシャツなど色々あり、長居してしまいました。
アットホームなお店で気さくな店主さんご夫婦で経営されています。レコードのセレクト圧巻です。
一応は雑貨屋さんらしいですが、こちらに揃っているレコードのマニアックさは凄まじいです。民族音楽とか、CD化されないようなニッチな音楽を探している人は行ってみると良いかと思います。ちゃんとレコーディングの試聴も出来ます。置いてある雑貨やTシャツも良いですよ。
