There is a surprisingly wide area allotted for motorcycles considering the overall size of the parking area and some parts are shaded by the trees. There is also a very small shop selling gifts and snacks. It is fine if you are just looking to stop and use the bathroom.It is only a short walk along a fenced pedestrian footpath to the lookout areas where you can take nice photos, and the pathway is on the same side as the parking area, which is convenient. However, you cannot see the lake from this parking area itself as access towards the edge is entirely fenced- off. If you want to take photos or have a nice view while you rest, then I recommend walking up the pedestrian path, or going to the next parking lot instead at 奥多摩 水と緑のふれあい館 駐車場。

周辺のオススメ
バイク20台、詰めて30台くらい止められます。近くにピクニックテーブルはありますが、雨を凌げられるような東屋はありません。公衆トイレには庇があるので雨具の脱ぎ着には困りません。飲料の販売機はありません。駐車場の南側で入り口付近に公衆電話があります。
