Yankee Townの特徴
入り口から少し歩いた先にある居心地のいいお店です。
オーナー自ら手作りしたバーで味わうカクテルが絶品です。
親切なスタッフが提供する素晴らしいピニャコラーダを楽しめます。
離島のバーとは思えないくらいの豊富な種類のカクテルなどが楽しめます。木の暖かみのある店内も非常におしゃれで、間接照明がいい雰囲気でした。小笠原返還（1968年）までは公用語が英語であったため、常連さんなどの会話から異国情緒も感じることができます。
マスターの大平ランス氏が自ら築き上げたバー。欧米系島民であり、アメリカ海軍による父島統治が終わった後は米国陸軍にいたそう。除隊後は島に戻りずっとこのバーを商いしている。小笠原方言が聞ける数少ない場所。ピニャコラーダとボニンブルーがおすすめ。（2023年2月27日更新）チェックポイント・チャーリーの看板を贈呈し、店内に飾っていただきました。Hand built by the owner Rance Ohira, a descendant of the original western immigrants who first settled on the island. He speaks both English and Japanese. He will tell you all about his Army days in West Germany and the history of the island under US Navy administration from 1945 until 1968. One of the few places where you can hear the Ogasawaran (Bonin) dialect. Piña coladas and Bonin Blue (his original cocktail) is a must-try!Updated Feb 27, 2023: Gifted him a replica of the sign at Checkpoint Charlie. You can see it at the bar!

マスターは欧米系先住民の子孫で、小笠原の歴史を感じられます。アメリカンな雰囲気でカクテルも美味しいです！大村地区から少し歩き、不定休のため、営業しているか電話で確認してほしいとのことです。

中心地から歩いて15分くらいカクテルも雰囲気も💯
町からちょっと外れたところにあるいい店です。落ち着いて酒が飲めます。

The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, yet completely unique and welcoming — the kind of place where you naturally end up staying longer than planned.There’s so much love and history in this space.
