I recently had an amazing experience at Shell Blue Okinawa where I received laser hair removal, a facial, and a body massage, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The owner and staff provided outstanding customer service, showcasing excellent English skills, which made it easy to communicate and understand the treatments.What really impressed me was the no wait time. Went for my first treatment.They do take all manner of cards but you might want to do cash. Reason at the bottom of the review.Not the most aesthetically beautiful place, but the prices are very good here. This is more function vs form.There was one parking spot available when I went. It looks like there might be two, but there was another car in the other spot... So you might need to wait for the other client to leave before you can park and go in.I did a hydro facial and laser hair removal.The facial was very relaxing and I fell asleep during the massage.She is pretty quick as the laser. If they aren't you can feel the bite of pain which I did here and there but it was pretty non existent because she is decently fast.I will update as I continue and adjust the star rating after the results are in.She does speak English but it was a bit broken. I tried asking questions but I don't think she quite understood. In retrospect I think preparing questions and maybe feeding it into Google translate might be a good idea.One thing I do like is how close this is to Kadena.Pro tip:There is a discount if you do cash instead of card which makes it even more affordable.
I’ve gotten a few treatments done here and I’ve loved all of them. They owner is so sweet and always explains everything she does! I always have a great time!
Amazing customer service, so sweet and professional. Honestly one of the best places you can go for hair removal, teeth whitening, facials and massages. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and will continue to do so anytime I’m in oki.
I've just had laser hair removal here. Customer service was wonderful, It was so fast and painless. I'll update later to add if it's worked.
