I had a such a good time buying my car with Tomo. He is extremely patient, helpful and communicative. He made everything easy and fast. We found the car on Bookoo and the warranty, the condition of the car and the service made it an amazing deal. We browsed all the used car sites online and went to many car dealerships around us - BC Cars, Payless, etc. and our interaction with Tomo was the best. He is a genuinely nice guy, his English is great and it feels good to support a smaller local business. There were a couple complications with the paperwork (because of my and my husband's mistake) and Tomo helped us straighten it out with the JCI agency by getting on the phone and talking to the Japanese JCI agent for us. Even with the additional paperwork for buying a car from a local dealer, he was able to complete everything in less than a week! I bought the car on Monday and picked up the car the same week on the Sunday. He did the JCI, inspection, any mechanical work as a result of the inspection, some body work, registration, title transfer and warranty paperwork all in a few days; all I had to do was my personal insurance and VRO paperwork on base. You can tell that he really cares about his customer's satisfaction and takes pride in the cars he sells. He made my first Japanese car buying experience a really pleasant and memorable one. I would definitely recommend buying a car with Tomo.
Amazing Service ! Tomo is the guy you need, He's really nice and easy to talk to. He speaks really good english so you don't have to worry about the language barrier. He explained and guided me through the whole process, He'll work on your paperwork really fast too and within a less than a week, I got everything done and got my Car. He will give you a timeline so you don't have to worry about checking in with him. He has a variety of Cars in his shop, and it's only 5 minutes from Kadena Gate 2. I got an amazing price for my 2007 Honda Odyssey, It looks and runs amazing. 5 out of 5 will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle while in this Island.
