This very unkept park is very popular with local vagabonds(homeless), the inebriated (publicly intoxicated), and spice/synthetic drug users. It's inhabitants can usually be seen peddling for money at the on and off ramps to the main road during the day and begging for money from bar-hoppers from the base at night.
