Only positive experience about this place was the service. The staff were great and were just dealing with the cards they were dealt. Outside of that, the rooms are horrible, we found mold underneath our nightstand and stains all over the walls. The bathroom was grimy and dirty. Additionally, the power went out for nearly the whole day. (We were only given a 24 hour notice). Location is also very far away from any businesses or amenities on base. Very glad I will not be returning to this place again.

Great experience and great location. Moving to Okinawa from mainland Japan and reserving a pet friendly room a month or so in advance was no problem.There was breakfast every morning, which was super great! Nice mix and different variety every morning. Always some type of potatoes, meat, and eggs with bread, cereal and pancakes or French toast. There’s never any butter though so bring your own! I always bring my honey yuzu for their hot water down there to make some tea.The cleaning ladies are super nice and quick. Customer service overall was pretty great, even from maintenance.One downside that I didn’t like was the amount of broken laundry units on every floor. Very hit or miss when trying to do laundry so when you get a washer make sure you just keep doing back to back laundry until you’re done. BUT, at least it’s free!There’s a playground behind the inn that’s fenced in and it kept my kiddo busy on days that were nice enough to go outside.Car rentals are through Times Car Rental in building 14 which is right in front of the main lobby to the left if you’re facing out. You’ll need a SOFA license to rent one. Really the only other building there. We rented a small car for like $140 for 4 days! Such a great price.

Our room was SO HOT!!! There is no room controlled temperature, the front desk controls it… when we called and asked what could be done they gave us a small fan. As someone who typically sleeps in 67° at night, it being 85° honestly just really pissed me off.The staff was very friendly and very helpful with the pet check in process but the hotel does feel a bit dated.

Inns of the Corps Westpac is where government lodging meets the thrilling ambiance of a DMV with pillows. The rooms are clean in that “nobody bled recently” kind of way, and the décor screams budget-friendly apocalypse bunker. The AC works, the water’s hot, and the walls are thin enough to learn way too much about your neighbor’s family drama. Staff are friendly, like they’ve accepted their fate and want to help you do the same. It’s got all the charm of a waiting room with just enough Marine Corps flair to remind you you’re never truly off duty. Sleep tight, warrior.

The front desk has sodas, ramen, and chips for sale. Check in attendants are helpful and friendly. Tikes Rental Car Agency is next door. Breakfast served on the 3rd floor each morning for a few hours. Drink machines on each floor near the elevator. Gym on the 4th floor. Laundry on each floor with provided laundry soap and dryer sheets. Ample parking. Construction is going on nearby but you do not hear it inside the hotel. Overall a clean and quiet place. We did have to evacuate one day because the shower steam will set off the fire alarm if not closed while showering. Playground nearby behind the hotel

I stayed here to visit my in-family that's stationed here. Reception was a warm welcome and the room was clean and very spacious. Coming from Tokyo where the rooms were cramped, I felt like I could do cartwheels in here. Like the scene from Stepbrothers when they made bunk beds.Would definitely consider this again if you are eligible to stay here.

This is not the Ritz Carlton, however... it is almost everything that a family needs while they are waiting for housing or preparing to land the island. The beds are great. The pull out beds are not awesome, but survivable. The complimentary breakfast is lacking in protein, but included, so cereal, muffins, juice, fresh fruit, is doable. Laundry is free to use, plenty of machines on every floor. Given the circumstances, I'm really grateful the West Pac Inn is here.

There was minimal interaction with the staff other than checking in and out. The room was kept clean and overstocked with toiletries. I recommend you bring adequate comfortable clothing, there is no temperature control in the room and it can get a little chilly. The hotel is a short walk to Terra, don't forget to show them your room card if you go for a restaurant discount.

We’re in the middle of our 2 week ROM here at the Westpac and I keep finding myself complimenting every little thing so I figured I’d give them a review!First off, this place runs like a resort. The staff are so professional and kind. The rooms are spotless. Absolutely spotless! We aren’t able to get our room cleaned due to Covid and our recent travels, but we can leave our trash outside our room and it gets picked up every morning within the hour. We get new linens as soon as they are requested. Two fresh bottles of water/coffee/trash bags every morning are left outside our door. Breakfast delivered every morning from Terra.Although we have to spend our first two weeks on the island in “quarantine”, I am so thankful we are able to do it in such a clean, friendly place!Thanks, Westpac!

Grab-and-go breakfast items are very convenient and free for guests at the hotel who are just checking in to the area and who need a quick bite but don't have their own wheels yet. Beds are comfortable and all rooms come with a PS2, useful for watching and playing a wide collection of DVDs and games available in the elevator lobbies.

Overall I had a very pleasant experience. When we first moved here on Island this is the second hotel we stayed and remained for the duration of our time before our home was ready to move in. The staff was as accommodating as they could be with all of our request and needs to be more comfortable. Except for, not being able to adjust the air conditioning in the room it was either freezing popsicle cold or clothes sticking to you hot. It was nice to have an indoor air condition gym ( wish that there were a few more machines and a little larger space) washing machine and dryer on every floor, it was also nice that they offered breakfast in the morning ( although they constantly ran out of food and took days to replenish). They offered coffee around the clock.They offered the basics when it came to kitchen and appliances. The worst part of our stay was the smoke/fire alarm constantly going off and the fire department constantly being called out to the hotel and it always seem to happen between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.! Each time we had to evacuate the building. Sometimes it occurred two to three times a night. We called this place home for over a month and it was hella upgrade from our first hotel. We were happy for the change. The zen like garden made for a great photo opportunities and yoga spot! I wouldn't have a problem if I had to stay long term again....I would recommend packing warm P.J.'s and solid bottom slippers!
