新鮮なネタで値段もお手頃で店の雰囲気もサービスも満点本物のお寿司🍣を堪能させてもらいました。また行きたいと思います。
昔からのお店だからこその真面目さを感じます^_^お持ち帰りしましたが、とっても美味しいです。
ちらし寿司が量もあり美味しい。出前をやってくれるので、いつも利用している。
JR岡山駅ビル内にあります。気軽に食べられ、駅から出ないので便利だと思いました。瀬戸内海の地物のネタ岡山県の地ビール、ワインなど地域色もある程度味わえます。

Every cut of fish was pristine, incredibly fresh, and melted in the mouth. The uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe) were absolutely top-tier—rich, sweet, and perfectly seasoned.The Specialty Roll: Packed with fresh ingredients and crisp greens, coated in a beautiful layer of vibrant roe. It was incredibly satisfying and bursting with flavor.The Traditional Touch: Even the packaging is beautiful! The food comes wrapped in classic green paper covered in traditional fish-kanji, showing just how much pride he takes in the details from start to finish.Supporting a solo artisan like this is what traveling is all about. Please visit him, be patient if there is a short wait, and enjoy some of the best sushi Beppu has to offer. You will leave with a full stomach and a warm heart!
