お土産を山ほど自宅へ送るために来店しました。梱包材も何もなかったのですが、スタッフの方がお忙しい中、大変丁寧に対応、梱包していただきとても嬉しかったです。もう一つ大阪の良い思い出ができました。
This location has the nicest person working there. She did not speak a lot of English but she understood exactly what we needed. To transport our luggage from Osaka to Tokyo. She explain the prices per case as well as cutoff time for timely delivery. She also explained that the date we chose for delivery is tentative as there could be delays. We were okay with the risk as we were staying in the next place for a good amount of time before we have to leave. But our bags wereDelivered on time on our requested delivery date which worked out Perfectly. The price was very reasonable for three 140cm-160cm suitcases. We had tickets for the Shinkansen and it would have been a nightmare traveling with all those cases. I recommend this location as it was a very easy and smooth process. I wish I had gotten her name as I want to thank her again as i felt very relieved with her assistance and help.

外国人客が大勢来て忙しい中、丁寧に対応してくれました精密機器を普通の段ボールで梱包しようとしたので、専用BOX以外は保証をできない旨など説明してくれ、緩衝材も入れて固めるなど非常に協力していただきました。
