英語の問診票があり、言語の心配なく安心して受診できます。
受診は急な発熱でもスムーズにでき、待ち時間は約30分でした。
急な発熱で受診しました。発熱の場合は、事前に電話し予約した上でビルの裏口からの案内となります。急な体調不良でありましたが、受付の方の対応も親切で、先生も優しくてとても助かりました。
熱が38.8あり、コロナかもと思って受診。コロナの疑いがある人は、直接行くのではなくビルの裏口からの案内になるようです。電話で分かりやすく説明いただけて助かりました。すぐ検査してくれて、検査と診察合わせて10分ほどで終わりましたが、薬をもらうのに30分ほど待ちました。とにかく身体中だるかったので30分がすごく長く感じましたが、電話の方も診察してくれるからも優しい診察で安心できました。ありがとうございました。

A very kind doctor and staff.I came in with a viral infection with many symptoms: headache, sinus, throat, and a rash. It was my first time, and I was nervous. They had an English intake form which was helpful. Even though I walked in late in the day (16:40) I was seen in 30 minutes, which is very good.The doctor tested me for Covid and Flu A/B. I did not have either. He felt certain it was something viral based on my symptoms, and prescribed medicines to treat my symptoms. Doctor Nakagawa was very calm and reassuring in explaining his treatment plan to me. He explained the treatment thoroughly in easy to understand Japanese and used a little bit of English where he could. He made sure I understood everything, and I was reassured!A clean and modern office, with a nice fish tank and some plants in the lobby, and a pikachu to make you feel safe, calm and welcome! The visitation room was also clean and professional.I highly recommend this doctor. It will be better if you can speak some Japanese, but it is not impossible for an English speaker to go here.It is also very convenient that there are three pharmacies in the same building, so you can easily get your prescriptions filled on your way out.
