Great experience. We had issues with a stuck and noisy brake caliper while on the road. We turned up at the garage and spoke with the owner via a translation app (we don't speak much Japanese). He was very patient when talking with us to understand the issue, and even took the car for a quick test drive to assess the brake feel. The garage didn't have parts that day, so we came back after 3 days once the parts arrived. They finished the job quickly. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and efficient, leaving us very satisfied.Thank you Garage Hero!!
