子どもが事故って、廃車することになり、いろいろホームページで探した結果、地味な感じではあるけども、昔からあるし、家から近いということで、電話して相談した。受付の電話の方も、実際対応していただいた社長さんも、とても感じがよく、説明もわかりやすくて安心してお任せできた。実際処理や手続きもスムーズだった。もし利用するならちょっと駐車場が不便なので、あらかじめ電話で聞いてから行った方がいいと思う。

I used their towing service.In the end, the towing was completed, which is why I am giving two stars. However, the service did not proceed as originally explained.I was initially told that they would come to the site free of charge to check the road conditions and then provide an estimate. Instead, they decided not to visit the site and relied on a map, choosing what felt like the easier option for the company rather than following the agreed process.They also brought more staff than necessary, with no adjustment to the estimate, and I was charged for personnel who were not actively involved in the towing.While the towing itself was completed, the overall handling and pricing left me dissatisfied.
