Onodera-san was very patient with a foreign language barrier to help send my suitcase to another Yamato Transport service centre location for pickup in Osaka. Staying at Airbnb without a reception desk meant could not directly ship luggage to hotel.Apologies for messing up a few waybill sheets misunderstanding what to write out. Also grateful for taking time to confirm the Osaka Yamato office location address. Very useful service. Thank you very much for your services.As another review mentioned, the service counter is set a bit behind some of the stands selling sweets and one may need to look carefully to see where to turn. It is only a few steps away from one exit door but I forgot to note which exit door it was closest to it.
一階のお菓子売り場の奥の方にあります。駅直結で箱なども準備していただけるので、お土産などすぐ送れ便利です。
普段は混んでいないので浅草で買い物し過ぎたら宅配便で送ると楽です奥まった場所にあるので分かりにくいですがその分空いている段ボールとかも半端しているのでありがたいのです。
