Great customer service.I was only buying a mid range priced Casio Titanium Protrek watch but they still provide excellent service to me. Immediately help me measure my wrist and remove the links to adjust the band to perfect fit. Not to mention how polite they were and not pushy at all.Language wasn't an issue either even I only speak English and don't know how to speak Japanese.Highly recommended!
