10ヘクタール以上の茶畑で栽培された素材の質が高いです。
オーガニック茶葉を使用した抹茶やほうじ茶も取り扱っています。

I visited this farm-direct tea shop in Joyo Town, Oku-Yame, located along the route from central Yame City toward Yame Hoshino Village🌱After tasting the tea in the shop, I purchased several single-cultivar Yame teas. One of the most surprising aspects was the price:single-cultivar Yame sencha starts from around JPY 560, which is unusually affordable for teas of this quality. This pricing is possible because the tea is sold directly by the producer🔥🔥The farm manages more than 10 cho (over 10 hectares) of tea fields in the higher-altitude areas of Joyo Town and Hirokawa, and the business has continued for three generations or more.In addition to well-known cultivars such as Yabukita, Okumidori, and Saemidori, the shop offers rare cultivars that are grown by very few tea farmers in Japan, including:KanayamidoriSaeakariSakimidoriTsuyuhikariOkuyutakaAll of these teas are grown in Yame’s mountainous region and processed in the farm’s own tea factory, making this a rare example of a fully integrated producer offering single-cultivar teas directly to customers.Besides covered teas and high-grade sencha, the shop also sells a variety of less common Yame tea cultivars at accessible prices.
