A large lawn in the suburbsIt is a square, baseball pitch area of lawn in the suburbs. One can jog or play soccer there too. It is adjacent to a community centre for club activities and a small Hachimangu Shinto Shrine with a mini replica of a mountain. I estimate it is about 300 metres around the ground if you take a detour through the shrine. I enjoyed my jog while a father threw balls to his son who hit them into the tall netting that surrounds the ground. Sometimes we kick a soccer ball around too. There are little-league baseball games, complete with all the Japanese style self-encouragement shouting, at weekends.
