Great car share company and relatively hassle free. There are many cars available in the area around Urayasu, Edogawa and Ichikawa and there is no monthly fee for using the service. The rental rate is lower than many other car shares. There is a basic fee depending on how long you rent the car. There's also a 100 yen fee for using the app. Insurance is only 580 yen per day, which is very reasonable considering most rental car places charge 900 yen or higher. Over 10 km and there is a fuel and milage surcharge but it's a lot lower than other car shares. Unlike most rental companies, you do not have to refuel the car unless it is near empty. The only downfall is that it's only available in Japanese and cannot translate via application.
