新しい在留カードの情報更新にも対応し、問題を解決してくれました。
事前にウェブサイトで予約が必要で、予約なしでは対応できません。
Opening a bank account as a foreigner can be extremely frustrating and difficult, however the team here did not give up and problem solved around the new zairyu card system. They don’t speak very much English, but if you are patient and can use a translation app or bring a Japanese speaking friend (recommended), they will work with you. Be sure to schedule an appointment here in advance using the website. If you show up without an appointment, they will ask you to make an appointment. My sincere thanks to the staff here for all their help even though it was difficult :)

7月10日、新しい在留カードの情報更新のために行きました。その時、14時〜14時30分頃に対応してくれた女性スタッフの名前は覚えていませんが、とても親切で優しく、説明もシンプルで分かりやすかったです。までいろいろな支店に行ったことがありますが、今回のような対応は初めてで、とても印象に残りました。外国人の私にも分かりやすく対応してくれて、本当にありがとうございました。♥️😊♥️
