The hair dresser is very patient, friendly and professional. I can’t speak Japanese at all, which makes it more difficult for her to work with.To begin with, she invited me to sit down and tried her best to figure out what I wanted for my hair with hair magazines and body language as well. She wrote down all the details on paper - length of hair I want to keep, fringe, side and back hair as well. She didn’t miss anything - She also asked me if it’s okay to massage my scalp when washing hair.Everything went smoothly - She took the time to cut my hair, walked me to the door, and downstairs!!!!I forgot to ask her name, but I will remember her for sure - Thank you so much!!!! I hope to see her again next time I come to Otaru.
美容師さん優しく明るく親切で、思いどおりにカットしてくれる。活き活きとした金のなる木の観葉植物がたくさん。癒やされ、まったりとリラックスしました。
