Cute gay bar with lovely owner - I only stopped in for one drink when it was quiet, but enjoyed a chat the owner about the place and Osaka.

Hibegun est un bar gay du quartier Shinsekai. La clientèle est plus nombreuse les week-end mais si vous souhaitez parler (avec une application de traduction) avec le patron, vous pouvez ! Chaleureux et accueillant, il saura vous mettre à l'aise :) Le patron a été adorable et un client (de 70 ans) m'a même offert un verre de bière ! C'était trop charmant !Avec votre boisson (alcool) vous aurez un repas compris pour 2000 ¥ JSP. Je recommande vivement pour une immersion dans la vie gay japonaise.
