The selection is not massive but what they do have is excellent quality. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best items for the furisode I was using for my engagement pictures.The shop staff that helped me was this very kind woman (I hope to add pictures) and I got many compliments for her very tasteful selection everywhere in kyoto.I was able to communicate with my limited japanese and im unsure if they have English speaking staff since I was able to get everything I needed with in a few minutes. So, if your japanese is good enough expect impecable service, however if you do not I apologize that I can not speak on their capacity for serving you in English.
京都旅行の際に、立ち寄り、素敵な西陣織の帯数点と、身長の高い私のために奥から素敵な着物を出してくれました。とても親切に、限られた時間の中でお買い物をする人に的確なアドバイスを頂きました。着物のプロだなと思いました。お値段はほぼ新品のような着物や帯ですが、とてもお手頃でした。 I stopped by on my trip to kyoto. Store lady helped me to choose Obi and Kimono in our limited shopping time. She pull out special kimono for the tall person from the back for me. Those were almost new and very resonable price. Friendly and professional. I recommend to stop by to see what they carry at the time.
Nice store and staff. I found two lovely silk Haori (kimono jackets) for a very affordable price. The lady who looked after me knew her stuff and like a pro also sewed on the tie of my choice. Thanks! 🙏🏻
想买到很好的日本传统和服，从东京逛到京都，到处都是卖那种游客浴袍，最后终于在这里买到了很喜欢的和服，店里的爷爷还为我挑选了角带、木屐、足袋，即使语言沟通上有点不太通，店长爷爷还是很热情的服务，真的很满意！

The customer service here was great. The two ladies working here helped me get a full kimono set. Very reasonably priced too! Would highly recommend if you’re looking to buy a kimono.
