The interior is stunning. You can tell the owner has a real eye for design and has created a space that feels calm and beautiful to be in. It’s the kind of place where you want to stay a little longer.Sitting there, enjoying the view and the atmosphere, felt like such a reward after the first part of the trail. The falafel was fresh, flavorful and the coffee was excellent as well.I’m genuinely so glad I found this place. This cafe is an experience and one I’d absolutely recommend to anyone passing through.
A beautiful cafe just up from the first main rest point of Kumano Kodo. The falafel pocket and lemonade was perfect for a refuel. Lovely service and extremely peaceful
Amazing cafe with possibly the best views in the world. Makes the most delicious falafel and salad sandwiches - best I’ve ever had. Also a selection of hot and cold drinks. The macha latte was perfect and the owner was so kind. 5 mins walk from the visitors centre. Don’t miss it!
Dieser Ort hat uns das Leben gerettet. Bei Sturm und Regen den Kumano Kodo gelaufen und dann völlig durchgefroren in Takahara angekommen. Hier haben wir guten Tee und Kaffee bekommen, Falafel Sandwich und Pommes Frites. Der Besitzer hat auch noch die Heizung für uns angemacht und die Musik und Atmosphäre waren auch sehr angenehm. Dankeschön.

少しわかりにくい場所にありますが、非常に美味しい珈琲のあるお店です。はじめ車で行き過ぎて戻って来たところを親切なお兄さんが珈琲屋さんをお探しですか？と声をかけていただき、親切に場所を教えていただきました。いやーこんな山奥にこんな素敵な場所があるとは！
