The location of this hotel is amazing. We stayed for 4nights/5days.As soon as you walk off the elevator and hit the corner of the entrance, you're right on the main street for everything. Hotel entrance is right next to the strawberry mochi, crepe, ice cream store.Pretty awesome that it could accommodate the 5 of us - 2 separate rooms with 2 full size beds and a couch that one of us slept on which was a little bit uncomfortable but it worked. The room included slippers and a cubbie outside of the elevator/front door to store your shoes.The bathroom and shower are separate. The shower and laundry machine are in the same room with a door for the shower - the bar where you hang your towel is a little far from the shower but we ended up putting our clothes on top of the washing machine since it was right outside of the shower door. We used the washing machine once and hung dry our clothes on the rack provided in one of the rooms.They provided an amenity kit with toothbrushes, face masks, feet/leg patches for relief, and mini loofah. The mini kitchen included coffee, a coffee maker, hot kettle, and plates/bowls/utensils/cups. The fridge was big enough to store our konbini snack hauls. It also included complementary water bottles and an assortment of condiment packets in the fridge (ketchup, jam).Instructions on using the elevator, getting into the room, and disposing of garbage were very clear. Instruction booklet on using appliances inside the room also included which was very helpful.*secure location, felt very safe!Host was very responsive to all of our messages! Replies quickly.The only complaint I have is that the elevator had a slight smell to it. Not sure if it was the carpeted walls? But they did try to spray it and leave air fresheners in there. I just held my breath or covered my nose with my shirt for the short elevator ride 😅. Other than that, the noise outside was expected since it is a party street with plenty of people wandering throughout all hours of the night/morning so can't really complain about that.
골든위크 기간이어서 밤에 진짜 시끄럽긴 했습니다.하지만 객실 깨끗, 위치 최강!!근데 우풍이 좀 있어서 겨울엔 추울 거 같긴 해요.그래도 넘 안전하게 잘 있다 갑니다.
The apartment is in the middle of Namba street, good location but it comes with lots of noises too (also during the night very loud ). apartment is convenient it has everything you need. Check in and check out are not very cool (checkin at 16:00 and checkout at 10:00 + also there’s no place to leave your luggages until check in)
Very great location!!! We stayed at the Airbnb not the hotel. Staff that set it up was great place was very clean and great looking.. the only thing I would say is if you sleep early you will hear the sounds from outside. We were on the second floor but the location is the best you are right there
We didnt get the right code to access to the unit, fortunately we met some other tenants in front of the elevator and told us that he got email on the day he checked in which we never received any. The only thing we received days before was the booking confirmation email with a 4digit code which we thought it was the access code. After being stranded for hours and we tried to contact trip.com, finally we received the email with complete instructions.I brought kids and old folks and it was raining on that day, there were noone to help and no seats for waiting. And it was the day after long flights we took from overseas. Well we wont come back or recommend anyone to this hotel though it has a good location and the unit is considered clean and complete amenities.
Great place to stay
Incredible location which was easy to find. The main eating street is literally right outside the hotels entrance! Was worried it may be too loud and you can certainly hear the action late at night, but it didn't disturb our sleep in any way.

Accessible location because it is right in the heart of Dotonbori and in front is the famouse Melonpan ice cream sandwich so it's hard to miss. Very clean apartment hotel and they provide you with almost everything you'll need. About 10 mins walk to Namba station. 3 mins walk to Glico Man sign and Don Quijote
