Very good dinning experience, delicious food, proactive service
Food and atmosphere are good but service is something to improve. Waiter's briefing is not enough and waiter looks confused sometimes.
The entrees were a highlight, beautifully balanced and intriguing. The chefs' knife skills were exceptional, yielding consistently thin cucumber slices for one of the entrees.While the sashimi was fresh, it wasn't the most remarkable I've had. Expect high prices, typical of a luxury hotel.We were lucky enough to sit in the private sushi room and the atmosphere was great.The monaka ice cream sandwich, however, was unforgettable, boasting an incredibly crisp wafer.
A much more refined and elevated experience compared to the Western Cuisine Dining Roomwhere the food was quite average for the price point. You do pay elevated hotel dining prices here but it’s counter seating with options for the whole family besides the set menu.The set menu includes a generous portion of food and the nigiri quality is solid.Credit card or room charge is accepted. Reservations recommended. Seating is indoor only.

寿司以上に他のメニューが美味しかったです。
美味しく楽しく満喫しました。日本酒も豊富で楽しめます。黒龍の限定シリーズ飲み比べおすすめです！！写真にはありませんが、冷製コーンスープめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！！違う季節に伺いまた違ったお料理を楽しみたいと思います。
It was a nice experience though a bit more expensive than what I thought. The sushi chef and staff were friendly. The raw octopus was the best
