The interior is clean and stylish, with plenty of space to browse comfortably.One thing that makes this location special is that it’s the only TUMI store in Kyoto offering engraving services, which is a nice option if you want to personalize your item or buy a meaningful gift.Compared to the store at Kyoto Takashimaya Department Store, this branch feels larger and seems to carry a wider selection of products. There were many styles and options available.Most importantly, the staff were friendly and approachable. They answered my questions patiently and made the whole shopping experience smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for quality luggage and good service in Kyoto.
