Had a pleasant experience with Toyota rent a car. Past reviews made us a bit worried and1. Yes the actual car was a 10 min shuttle from the airport but the shuttle process was smooth. Maybe cos it was a Monday 9am.2. Getting the car was pretty smooth. No extra selling and the agent was quite kind to help us with the many questions and set up of the car seats / GPS ( didn't support android auto and system is only in Japanese)3. Dropped off at Mishima was really quick. Paid for the ETC card and left. Overall took 10 mins.Based on this experience I'd strongly recommend them

It is located within a 5 minute trip from the Haneda Airport. The car company will arrange free shuttle. You need to pay attention that the locations of car collection and return are located at different spot but they are just separated by a street.
