It’s actually very accessible to the train station “keikyu line”, our family with a young kid take a short 5 minutes walk to Keikyu line. Or 10-15 minutes walk to Yamata JR.Lots of reasonable parking lots nearby for those who wish to self drive in Tokyo.
Très propre, c'est neuf et très fonctionnel, il y a tout le minimum requis et même un peu plus. Je dirais un peu juste pour 3 personnes ou alors avec un tout petit enfant. Et très juste quand on est de très grande taille (2m) mais bon c'est le Japon. Neuf donc bien isolé je trouve, température et bruits sans excès ce qui n'est pas forcément évident partout. Très réactif et disponible a répondre aux questions, et les explications en anglais sont très bien. Juste a 300m de la gare la + proche. Et proche de toutes commodités. Il faut compter au moins 15 min pour rejoindre la Yamanote Line et aller partout a Tokyo.Je recommande pour un petit voyage a Tokyo.
Best value for money. 15 minutes-ish from Haneda Airport.The room is spacious for me.The place is situated near 2 train stations within walking distance, so you’ll have plenty of options to travel anywhere you want.If you’re planning to go to central Tokyo and Yokohama, Kamakura, this place is very strategic.The neighborhood is pretty quiet at night so you can sleep well.There are vending machines, convenience stores nearby, laundry machine, microwave, water boiler inside and laundry place across the street.The host can speak English well, very responsive and helpful.
駅からも近く、設備も整っており非常に素晴らしい滞在でした。ホスト様の対応もとても丁寧でした。
出張の時はいつもこのホテルを利用してます。羽田空港にも近いですし、東京、横浜方面に行くときもどちらにも出やすいの便利です。駅からも近く、ホテルまでも道も明るいので安全なところも気に入ってます。蒲田は食べ物も安くB級グルメも沢山あるので出張のときの楽しみです。

Room is a little small for anything more than 2 people with multiple luggages. Place is located close to the station so that's a bonus and it's 1 room per floor so makes it nice, cost and secure. Each floor is operated by keyed elevator so nobody jlcan just come in.
