一部部屋にはこもったニオイがあったが、他は快適に過ごせました。
This hotel allowed my friend and me to stay in central Tokyo with total simplicity and at a very competitive price !Paying 600 euros per person for two people right in the center of the city is definitely a huge plus !!I had seen other reviews mentioning that the stairs are quite steep, and it's definitely something to keep in mind if you have joint issues or mobility difficulties.The room itself is sufficient; housekeeping is done and no dirt is visible at first glance. However, watch out for the dust you might find behind the beds !😝I highly recommend this hotel for its simplicity and excellent value for money! 簡潔にに言うととても良いと思いました。私は観光で泊まって観光地から近くてとても便利で素晴らしい。部屋の広さもちょうどよくて快適に過ごせました。
Booked this hotel in airbnb app.Downside: Stairs are very steep and tall, very dangerous if you carry a lot of luggage, not suited for kids or elderly. And my 3 single bed room has NO BIDET, which is very confusing because the app said it has. Room is not sound-proof so cars passing by is quite noisy.Goodside: Its near train station and its the cheapest 3 single-bed room with a decent room size you can find in Tokyo. Neighbourhood wised is still quite safe but we saw the outside of Okachimachi station has some random local youngster peeing at the wallside which is disgusting considering Japan is quite a clean country and follow rules strictly.Overall, 2/5 stay but won't gonna stay here again.

雖然以東京來說價格便宜，離車站走路也不算太遠10分鐘左右但房間一入內有一股很悶的味道，但另一個房間沒味道，而且我的房間有死髒螂，代表我的房間好幾天沒人住了？
我們是台灣人 首先先謝謝這五天服務 選這主要原因是因為有三個床 空間相對比很多飯店還大一點價格合理 帶著兩個小朋友 在東京比較少有三床房，但相對犧牲的是距離 離車站至少8分鐘路程 夏天真的是很熱 只能說下次距離要慎選。
スタッフはとても親切で、通常の時間外にチェックインするのを手伝ってくれました。とても清潔で大きな部屋で、無料の歯ブラシ、スリッパが備わっています。ベッドの近くにコンセントがたくさんあります。

This is an incredible find for Tokyo; a great balance between price and location. For almost anywhere I needed to go in Tokyo, there was often a direct line from a station within 10 to 15 minutes' walk, which saved me so much time and headache by avoiding many transfers. You can also easily get to Tokyo Station, a 10-minute walk to the station, and then only a few stations from there, which gives you access to the airport transit options or the Shinkansen. The room was also much bigger than expected, so packing the night before heading to the airport was very easy. Everything was also very clean, and the bed was decently comfortable. There is also a microwave downstairs if you needed to heat something up. I'd definitely stay here again!
