I had a very pleasant shopping experience here, so I want to commend the staff who attended to me :)Been contemplating getting one of their tulip bags but wasn’t sure about the size and the colour. I spent very long deliberating and asked to try on multiple pieces but the shop assistant was so patient with me and didn’t make me feel pressured at all to make a decision faster, even though it was near their closing time.I did eventually make my choice but it was the last piece that had been on display and there were some very slight stains which I pointed out. The staff assistant was kind enough to offer to have a look at it and after she did, it was as good as new!She offered to give it a good wipe and clean with some leather cleaner for free before packing it. I left a very happy customer! Thank you for the amazing service :)

Came in at 845pm, finally bought a wallet and Sakumi san was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond in recommending products and providing leather protection service DESPITE it already being past 9pm the closing time. If only more retail staff were like him!
トートバッグを購入してから月一回ケアのために通っています。毎回店員さんの対応がよく、次も行こうと思えるのが嬉しいです。追記わざわざクリスマスカードにコメントを書いてく送ってくれました😯なんとノベルティをいただきましたー！選んでくれてた店員さんと同じ色の巾着！！巾着にはツキが来るようにと月のモチーフが🌒今日もありがとうございました😀

再オープンおめでとうございます！7月14日に再オープンされたと聞いて早速伺いました！馴染みのある落ち着いた明るい空間で、スタッフの方々もいつも変わらず温かく迎えてくださり嬉しかったです！上野駅直結のアトレ内にあるので、買い物や移動の合間に立ち寄りやすいのも助かります。気になるアニマルシリーズいっぱいです！
