泉佐野に行きましたので、大好物の泉州水茄子買ってきました(*´∀`*)泉佐野駅前の商店街にある良海さん。生の水茄子と、水茄子糠漬けお造りは包丁で切るんやなくて、手で縦に引き裂く方が好き😋水分たっぷりでリンゴのようなフルーティな味が絶品ですな。糠漬けはお造りより甘味があります。大阪の夏のアテはやっぱ水茄子やなーー。

I asked the shop person for a water eggplant, or Mizu Nasu, which is the local speciality here in Izumisano. I asked him a Good one but was given a bad, Boke Nasu.The eggplant was ok, especially good when frying with pork meat, but the skin was too hard to eat raw (the eggplant is specifically provided to be eaten raw).There are many tourists from overseas visiting the town because it is very close to the kix airport, and some may be staying for a week or two. However not all the residents like us.It could be assumed that some tourists have demonstrated bad behaviors. I felt sad about the incident…But I also feel offended. So it’s one star, meaning terrible.※changed to two stars considering the possibility that no good eggplant was there. It was 100yen/one eggplant.
