The 青銅製龍頭彫刻瓦 are bronzed dragon-head roof tile ornaments originally part of the roof ridge (“隅棟”, likely the corner ridge) of the old Zuihōden building. They are decorative elements in the form of dragon heads sculpted on roof tiles, meant both to adorn the building and possibly serve symbolic or protective purposes. These pieces are located near the tomb (the main mausoleum of Date Masamune) at Zuihōden: one is displayed outside, beside the main hall, and others are kept in the Zuihōden museum.
