Hidden in an alley way like the little gem it is. Cozy and nice restaurant with attentive service. We got the nicest course they had. Everything is fresh and local and has specific sauces to each. He’s born and raised in Misawa and has been open since 2022. Make sure to make a reservation
I almost don’t want to write this review so Wagyu Lodge stays a hidden gem and I can have all the deliciousness for myself. Literally every single piece of meat was expertly selected, seasoned, grilled and paired with specific sauces, made in house, to enhance the flavors of the meat. The owner is professionalism personified when he grills- he is methodical and patient and every piece is delivered at the perfect temperature and juicy. The selection is wide and one can choose from the ¥6000 or ¥9000 course (per person) - the entire party must order the same course.
This is definitely one of the best restaurants I've been to since coming to Misawa. I was blown away by the depth of flavor that they bring to the meat with their menu. The flavors were enough to have me craving more. They offer a slow but enjoy meal with a wide selection of alcohol drinks (Japanese Whiskey lover can rejoice with their selection).The staff were excellent and quick with their service. I recommend having some Japanese language skills before coming but not fully necessary to enjoy the experience.I will share more when I visit again. Thank you for the delicious experience!
Set dinner. The chef cooked all our food in front of us. It was a nice and cozy restaurant. Delicious, but just a one-time experience for me.
完全予約制のコースのみ！店長自ら焼いてくれベストなタイミングで食べるだけ。握りと巻きは寿司屋越え。控えめに最高！
珍しいウイスキーが多くあった。三沢のバーには置いてないどころか、安く飲める。
完全予約の高級焼肉店。焼肉屋のイメージを覆す大人の隠れ家的な、いい雰囲気のお店です。お肉もこんなの初めて的な旨さ。店主さんが全て焼いてベストな焼き加減で提供してくれます。お酒も日本酒も洋酒も良い物が揃ってましたよ。大人デートに連れて行かれたら褒められそうです。
めっちゃオススメ！料理はコースオンリーで完全予約制！肉は牛豚鶏が各々種類の違う薬味にて美味しくいただける上に全て絶妙な焼き加減でマスターが焼いてくれて至福の食事でした😋肉以外の付だしや、ご飯物、肉寿司も美味しく久々に良い焼肉コースを堪能しました😁またハイボール好きな自分にとっては色々なウィスキーが用意されていて大満足😋祝いの席用にシャンパンも常備されていてステキな隠れ家的な名焼肉店だと思います(*^^*)

40歳大人4人で来訪。極上のお肉とワインで大人の贅沢な時間を過ごせました。４人掛けテーブルが２つとカウンター店主が焼くお肉は絶妙な火加減で常に食べごろを提供。お肉の旨みを逃さない焼き方は店主の拘りとプロ意識を感じる。一緒に行った同僚も大満足。定期的にここのお肉が食べたくなるんだよなぁ。ニトリじゃないけどコースはお値段以上の価値がある。また行きます！
