Loved the service given at this shop by the gentleman on duty (see pic) 👍🏽👍🏽Holidaying in Japan and have been trying to find places where they sell Mystery Ranch backpacks. After having gone through several listed outlets in different cities, this store at Amu Plaza Kagoshima had the best service!! The gentleman on duty assisted me by adjusting the metal back plate on the bag to get the optimal fit! He ensured everything was correctly adjusted! First time we encountered such wonderful service! Thank you so much!
