平和と美味しさが交差する楠並木朝市戦時中に一度焼失した楠の木は、再び植えられて宮崎市のシンボルとなりました。今では、戦争の悲劇を乗り越えた復興の象徴として、多くの人に親しまれています。朝市には、佐土原町の「ロッキーズ」や田野町の「白砂ヶ尾地鶏牧場」など、地元の魅力が詰まった出店が並んでいました。白砂ヶ尾地鶏牧場では、普段は予約・一羽売りの地鶏を、ここでは少量の炭火焼きで気軽に購入できるのが嬉しいポイントです。食べそびれましたが、元県庁職員の方が手がける「ひとしおオイスター」も気になる存在でした。犬の散歩をしている人もいて、のどかな雰囲気。おつまみも充実しているので、昼からビールを片手にゆっくり過ごすのも贅沢な楽しみ方だと思います。

Fun and delicious.It's not a place with many tourists like the night markets in Thailand or Taiwan, but a place where local people stop to shop.There are many locals lining up to buy side dishes or bread, wearing light clothes as if they just came out of the house on a Sunday morning.I visited this market 12-13 years ago, not long after it was established, and it was bigger and more organized than then.A morning market held twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Sundays.There are various stores selling bread, vegetables, fruits, side dishes, fish, tempura, souvenirs, seafood, flowers etc.It was fun because there were performances occasionally.There were two places that were grilling Jidori, which is a must-try in Miyazaki, and we ate the grilled pig's feet at the opposite end of the entrance, and it was delicious. (600 yen for 2 pieces) The pig's feet were overbooked, so I took a look and came back to get them.If it fits your Miyazaki schedule, it would be a good idea to visit in the morning.

每月第一及第三個星期日舉行的朝巿，有賣蔬果、早餐、炸物、麵包、飯團等到食物，也有餐具及木製家居等等貨品，十分地道。很喜歡行朝巿，能感受當地生活文化，朝巿內有表演。
楠並木朝市は、毎月第1・3日曜にこの付近で開催されているみたいです。特産品、地元野菜、お惣菜等色々なお店が並んでました。

周辺のオススメ
相當溫暖有趣的市集，都是賣當天現做的食物或麵包咖啡。悠閒且安全。大約11點還會安插跳舞活動。重點是東西都很平價，完全沒有宰客行為，反而像是出來交朋友的。市集盡頭還有宮崎市最大的物產館可以蝦拼。
