It’s alright. The store is very much catered towards dogs and the emphasis seems to be on «fashionable» dog clothing. If you’re looking for cat stuff then look elsewhere
I don't speak Japanese, but the staff were super helpful and accommodating! We bought the massive Pooh Bear honey pot dog house on a rainy day. The staff wrapped the product in two big bags so the dog house doesn't get wet. The staff were also willing to keep the product for us (after purchase), so we could tour the area before picking it up at the end of the day. Edit: our corgi loves the honey pot!!
