I went there on 21/12/2023 to pump petrol. I was running out of petrol, and was looking for Regular petrol which should have a Red colour pump. But all their pumps are Green colour. So I was going to leave. But the lady named 谷垣 まゆみ from the petrol station ran out from the office to stop me. Even though she couldn't speak English, she tried her very best to explain that their Regular petrol pump is also in Green colour. I used Google Translate to check, and found that she was right. So I managed to fill up the tank and continued my trip from Kinosaki to Osaka. I like to thank the lady 谷垣 まゆみwho was very nice and tried so hard to help me.
