Very convenient bike rental due to its location and price.However, we were disappointed by the welcome, which did not reflect what we had read in other reviews. We were greeted by a rather unpleasant woman who did not say hello and made no effort to communicate, even in Japanese, knowing that we understand it. The only time we got any response was when we paid, thankfully.We realise that this area is very touristy and that it must be difficult to deal with rude tourists, but that's no excuse for this kind of welcome. At first, we even considered not renting the bikes, but we didn't want to ruin our day because of this person. Fortunately, the bikes themselves were great.I hope this comment will help improve the quality of service.
The owners are nice and very accommodating. It was a really nice experience going around on a bicycle, and the rental fee was very cheap. Once you get out of the station, you can already see them.

4人でそれぞれ利用しました。どの自転車も綺麗で整備されてるなとも思いました。
Easy to access from Mt. Fuji station. Friendly staff and they explained the rule clearly even though we communicate with google translate. They also lent us a smartphone holder to help us see the maps while riding a bicycle. We rented 4 bikes with good condition.
レンタサイクル便利です。有料ですがソフトクリームも食べられのが良いです。
